Back to School Annual Forms

Dear Families,

It was wonderful to welcome students back into our classrooms today for the 2025-26 school year. To keep the year moving smoothly, we need every family to complete required annual forms.

It’s important to have this immediately, as students without a signed Student/Family Technology Usage Form cannot receive a school-issued device. If your student already has a device, the form must still be completed immediately to continue using it.

All required forms are available through the division's secure system, SchoolCash Online:

1. Log in (or create your account if you don't have one).
2. Select your student's name.
3. Look for the required forms to complete.
4. Select each required form and fill out.

Required forms include:

·        YCSD Student Handbook Family Acknowledgement Form

·        Student/Family Technology Usage Form

·        Military Recruiters Student Directory Information Release Form (grades 11 & 12 only)
